Gregory L. Dupuis, President

Mr. Dupuis is the founder of Bridge Ventures, LLC. He has an extensive background in mergers & acquisitions. He has a successful track record of completing over 200 transactions and has been in charge of the acquisition programs of both public and private equity sponsored companies. Mr. Dupuis holds an MBA from Plymouth State University and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University. Steve Nagel, Executive Vice President

Steven Nagel's career as a business broker and consultant has included a full range of brokerage services including M&A representation; financing and buyout strategies; public and private placement of debt; and the initiating, negotiating, structuring and closing of over $200 million in acquisitions, mergers and divestitures.

Steven Nagel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Edinboro University, Edinboro, PA as well as a Florida Real Estate Brokers License.

Robert G. Abood, Executive Vice President

Mr. Abood has over twenty years of transaction experience, performing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in both business development and legal roles for public and privately-held companies in consolidating industries. He has successfully completed over 300 transactions in healthcare, transportation, real estate development, paper, communications and agricultural industries valued in excess of $2 billion and has directed the acquisition program of a publicly-held Fortune 1000 company. He has also been the owner and CEO of a new car dealership prior to its successful sale. Mr. Abood holds a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors in Marketing from the University of Florida College of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Additionally, Mr. Abood is an Accredited Merger & Acquisition Advisor by the Association of Professional Merger & Acquisition Advisors.

Steve Ouzts, Director Merger & Acquisitions

Mr. Ouzts joined Bridge Ventures in 2009. He brought with him extensive experience in middle market mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining Bridge, Steve spent 12 years at a national Boutique Merger & Acquisition firm where he was a Managing Director and involved in over 100 transactions. In addition to his M&A experience, Steve was the controller for two multi-million dollar distribution companies and worked for Arthur Anderson as an auditor. Mr. Ouzts holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University, an MBA from University of South Florida, and a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License.
