Bridge Ventures professionals combine formal training in finance with corporate experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. Our team has worked with both public and private companies across a variety of industries and has been involved in over 250 transactions valued at over $340 million dollars. Gregory L. Dupuis, President
Mr. Dupuis is the founder of Bridge Ventures, LLC. He has an extensive background in mergers & acquisitions. He has a successful track record of completing over 200 transactions and has been in charge of the acquisition programs of both public and private equity sponsored companies. Mr. Dupuis holds an MBA from Plymouth State University and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Finance, Cum Laude, from Arizona State University. Robert G. Abood, Executive Vice President
Mr. Abood has over twenty years of transaction experience, performing mergers, acquisitions and divestitures in both business development and legal roles for public and privately-held companies in consolidating industries. He has successfully completed over 300 transactions in healthcare, transportation, real estate development, paper, communications and agricultural industries valued in excess of $2 billion and has directed the acquisition program of a publicly-held Fortune 1000 company. He has also been the owner and CEO of a new car dealership prior to its successful sale. Mr. Abood holds a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors in Marketing from the University of Florida College of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Additionally, Mr. Abood is an Accredited Merger & Acquisition Advisor by the Association of Professional Merger & Acquisition Advisors.

Craig Castelli, Managing Director
Mr. Castelli is the Managing Director of Bridge’s Chicago office. Prior to Bridge, Mr. Castelli worked for Siemens Healthcare for eight years where he was responsible for all business development and M&A activities in the United States. In addition to his extensive transaction experience, Mr. Castelli has been in multiple sales and business development roles throughout his career. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in International Business and Marketing from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI. Mr. Castelli is the Founder of the independently owned and operated Bridge Ventures Chicago office.

Drew M. Rutherford, Jr., Managing Director
Mr. Rutherford is the Managing Director of Bridge’s Atlanta office. Prior to Bridge, Mr. Rutherford had a distinguished career in business development and commercial real estate investment projects. He has spearheaded new business development for private equity investors, represented both buyers and sellers in large commercial transactions, and has successfully managed numerous projects from inception to closing. Mr. Rutherford received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army where he was a Paratrooper, 82nd Airborne Division. He participated in Operation Just Cause before receiving an Honorable Discharge. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management from Georgia State University and a Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License. Mr. Rutherford is the Founder of the independently owned and operated Bridge Ventures Atlanta office.
